5 x 1 hour group lessons = £120

10 x 1 hour group lessons = £220

We teach all age groups from year 1 to year 13. We have specialist primary teachers, specialist secondary teachers and specialist college teachers.

Each lesson lasts for one hour.

11+ for year 4 children

11+ for year 5 children

English for all year groups 1 - 13

Maths for all year groups 1 - 13

Other subjects may be available upon request.

Our 1st lesson of the day is at 3.40pm and we close around 8.30pm Monday to Friday. Different lessons happen at different times each day, depending upon timetabling. Please contact us to find out when particular lessons take place.

We give work for each child to complete at home every lesson. The completed homework should be brought back for the following class so that the teacher can go through it with the pupil. The homework will relate to the particular topic that has been covered in class that week.

It is not possible to guarantee passing an exam. Having lessons with us is just one part of the equation. Children will also need to study at home to best prepare them for exam success. Even with the best possible preparation, sometimes children will not pass exams but we can guarantee that your child will develop and improve with our guidance.

Our general ethos is that children usually learn best in small groups. There are some circumstances though where 1-to-1 lessons may be better. This will be discussed with you on a case-by-case basis. 1-to-1 lessons are priced as follows:

10 x 1 hour 1-to-1 lessons = £340

We understand that children get ill and sometimes life gets in the way. As long as you contact us before a lesson is due to take place to inform us of your child's absence we will credit a replacement lesson to your account. If your child fails to turn up for a class they're booked in for and we haven't been notified, then that will count as the lesson having taken place.

We use WhatsApp as our main messaging platform. We will speak with parents face-to-face after every class to inform them of what's been studied that week and how their child has got on in class. For other notifications and messages, we will send messages out on WhatsApp and you are also free to contact us on WhatsApp. We aim to respond to all messages as quickly as we can.

As qualified, experienced teachers, we are used to assessing children's academic performance as they're working in lessons. We will sometimes use short in-class assessments. Children's progress is communicated to parents after every class.

We run mock 11+ exams during the following school holidays:

Summer

Mock 11+ exams are charged at £50 per child per exam. A full breakdown of results is sent to parents via email within 24 hours of the exam.

Mock exams are open to all children, whether they attend lessons with us or not. Please contact us if you would like to book your child in for a mock exam with us.

We feel that online lessons are just not as effective as face-to-face teaching. As such we do not offer online lessons. All of our lessons take place on-site.
